What topics are covered in the live sessions?

Our workshops cover a wide range of topics from our 6 schools.

How long is each session?

The duration of each session is 60 mins that includes time for Q/A as well.

Are the sessions in-person or online?

We offer online sessions only.

Will I receive a certificate?

No, certificates are not given to attend these live sessions. However check our workshops where we provide certificate of participation.

Are the sessions suitable for beginners?

Yes, our sessions cater to a wide range of experience levels, from beginners to seasoned professionals. Each session includes content and activities designed to benefit participants at all stages of their career.

Can I network with other attendees?

Absolutely! Our sessions include opportunities to interact with other participants, both during and after the sessions. Networking is a key component of our learning methodology. Please note that you must have a member pass to network after the session.

What is the difference between workshop and live sessions?

Live sessions are quick bite learning program (60 mins) while workshops are more advanced intensive learning programs (3-4 hour long).

How will I get access to the recording?

You must have a membership pass to access recording. You will be invited to a private community group where you can ask doubts and watch recording.

How much do the sessions cost?

We work on 2 pricing model.
Single session pass: This will give you access to only one live session. Recordings and other perks are not available in this option.

Membership pass: This will give you access to live session and recording along with all the perks of being our pro member. Learn more about our membership.

What is the refund policy?

We provide low cost high value learning products managed by a small team. As a result, we do not offer any refund on live sessions. If for some reasons you can't join a session then we can accommodate you in another session on a case to case basis.

Can I suggest a topic for a future session?

Yes, we value your input! Feel free to suggest topics you’re interested in, and we’ll consider them for future sessions. Send your suggestion to hello@producthood.com

How can I register for a session?

Registration is simple. Visit any session landing page and book your seat. You have the option to buy the ticket to a particular session or become a member to get all the perks.

Can my team or organization attend as a group?

Yes, we offer group registrations and can even customize sessions for your team or organization. Contact us for more details on group rates and tailored sessions. Send an email to hello@producthood.com.

What happens if I miss a session I registered for?

Member pass owners will have access to the recording.

Single session pass owners must inform us 48 hours in advance in order to get access to some other session.

No refunds will be provided.
