We offer online workshops only.

Can I network with other attendees?

Absolutely! Our workshops include opportunities to interact with other participants, both during and after the sessions. Networking is a key component of our program. Please note that you must have an advanced pass to network after the workshop.

How will I get access to the recording?

You must have an advanced pass to access recording for 7 days. You will be invited to a private group where you can ask doubts and access recording.

How much do the workshops cost?

We work on 2 pricing model.
Basic workshop pass: This will give you access to only one live workshop. Recordings and other perks are not available in this option.

Advanced workshop pass: This will give you access to live workshop and recording for 7 days. You can also ask doubts post workshop within the private group created for this purpose. You are also entitled for a 10% discount on your next workshop booking.

What is the refund policy?

We provide low cost high value learning products managed by a small team. As a result, we do not offer any refund on workshops. If for some reasons you can't join a workshop then we can accommodate you in another workshop on a case to case basis.

Can I suggest a topic for a future workshop?

Yes, we value your input! Feel free to suggest topics you’re interested in, and we’ll consider them for future sessions. Send your suggestion to hello@producthood.com

How can I register for a workshop?

Registration is simple. Visit any workshop landing page and book your seat. You have the option to buy the ticket to a particular workshop (basic or advanced).

Can my team or organization attend as a group?

Yes, we offer group registrations and can even customize workshops for your team or organization. Contact us for more details on group rates and tailored sessions. Send an email to hello@producthood.com.

What happens if I miss a workshop I registered for?

Advanced pass owners will have access to the recording.

Basic pass owners must inform us 48 hours in advance in order to get access to some other workshop.

No refunds will be provided.
